I like to take care of my personal wealth as a whole (health, training, knowledge, finance, family and friends) and try to maintain a continuous practice of habits to reinforce every of these areas, like physical training, sharing time with important ones and have reflexion spaces to keep a conscious state about what I do well (to keep doing it) and what I doing bad (to improve it).

My personal motivation is to create impact in people and society, through any project or activity where I am involved in.  That’s why I like to evaluate functionality of things and processes to identify improvement opportunities where I can add value.  I discover internet by my own in a local place where rent computers to use and from that moment I found possibilities to create, learn and access to different opportunities that help me on my personal growth.  Now I want to continue expanding that kind of possibilities and creating opportunities to more people, sharing learnings, ideas, experiments and creating projects that I’ll be sharing through this blog.

This site is gonna be mainly to share professional experiences with the ideas execution about continuous improvement and different resources and templates that I already test and could be useful for someone else.
